  • Where is Threads Shop located?
    Threads Shop is proud to be a United States business. With fulfillment centers in multiple states. Please don't be alarmed, if you view your credit card statement or bank statement and it states "purchase Threads Shop, San Francisco CA", then your next order shows a different state after our Threads Shop name. The reason for this is quite simple. Our fulfillment centers have multiple locations in the US. That noted location will depend on where, in the United States your items are fulfilled each time you order.
  • How do I reach Threads Shop?

  • What payment methods are accepted by Threads Shop?
    Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
  • Why / What if my order was sent back to the shipping facility?
    In most cases, orders are sent back because customers provided an address that’s incorrect or incomplete. To minimize problems with addresses: During the order checkout, Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If you live in an apartment, be sure to add the apartment # If you live on a street that uses a direction, such as N. or North Main St, be sure to include N/North on the address. If your order was returned to the shipping facility, the facility will contact Threads Shop. They will hold the package for up to 21 days. In that time, we will contact our customer via email & confirm your address for reshipment. Although Threads Shop usually supplies free shipping, we do not reship for free the 2nd time around for incorrect addresses. To RESHIP, the reshipping fee will be at the cost of the customer. IF, in that 21 days we can not reach the customer / customer will not respond; after 21 days, the items at the facility will then be donated to charity.
  • I'd like info about Returns.
    Every now and then, customers need to return their newly purchased products due to damage or incorrect item. EMAIL FIRST: We ask that you email Threads Shop about a return. Wait for our response. Do NOT return any products to the facility. *Not all products are returned to the facility it was shipped from* DAMAGE: Prior to leaving the facility, orders go through a 3-step quality check before shipping them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility. Our team will look into your order, so please share a detailed description of the problem & add quality photos so we can see the issue of the unwashed, unworn damaged item within 14 days of being delivered. Please include a photo of the packing. Please include the photo of the item, which the delivery service takes upon leaving the package. Give us time to respond & we’ll be happy to assist you. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT EMAILING US AND ALLOWING US TO REPLY. MANY ITEMS DO NOT GET RETURNED TO THE SAME FULFILLMENT ADDRESS ON THE LABEL. The correct return address will be supplied to you in the email. Some returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to the customer. We will inform you of your return facility via email. Charlotte address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273 or Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019. If you mail it to the wrong address, Threads Shop will not be responsible for the item. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM UNTIL THREADS SHOP SUPPLIES YOU WITH A RETURN ADDRESS. AVOIDING MISORDERS: We make everything on demand for your order... your size, your color choice, your print option. Please use the size guide & check for notes about the product. Note examples such as: runs true to size, size up and employee notes. These are not premade items in a warehouse. Which is the reason for no returning of items. So please double check prior to placing your order to confirm your size, color, address & contact information. Once the order is sent, it can not be changed. Threads Shop wants you to be satisfied and receive your correct order as soon as possible. EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange a product for the same one, due to verifiable damage or a quality control issue, contact us via email. Please note, that we only replace goods you received defective or proven to be damaged. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to respond via email.   • I think my package may be lost in transit, what happens now?
    If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package may be lost in transit. But don't worry, we'll figured it out together. STEP 1: Let's make sure that the order is actually lost in transit. -Find the tracking link in one of your order notification emails and look at the tracking log. -If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit (jump to Step 2). -If you do see entries in the tracking log, then be patient a little longer. There are events that may at times delay shipping that are out of Threads Shop and you the customers control, such as COVID or delivery staffing shortages. Step 2: We ask that you confirm your delivery address, if it's past the estimated delivery date. -Then email our customer service to let us know if the address is correct OR give us the correct address. In the email subject write, delivery issue. -If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address (shipping facility) they will contact Threads Shop. We then will reach out to you via email and update the address. If the package isn't received back (missing), then we will submit a new order to replace the original and ship it to you. Please note, that you’d be responsible for the shipping fee. We have free shipping, but not the 2nd time for incorrect addresses. CORRECT ADDRESS-CONFIRMED NOT DELIVERED If our customer's shipping address was correct and the order still hasn't arrived, our customer service will resolve the issue. We normally cover the costs of reprinting and shipping replacement orders if this happens.
  • Tracking states delivered, but I didn't receive my order.
    If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you haven't received it... Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address, so it’s worth checking up on any odd area it could have been left. We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery service. If you happen to have a security camera, that is also a great way to check where your package may have been tucked away. If you still can not locate your package, please email Threads Shop.
  • What can I expect from Threads Shop?
    Being customers ourselves, we know what we expect from companies we purchase from. So at Threads Shop, we want our customers to feel comfortable with their entire purchasing process. From viewing our products to knowing your information is secure and knowing that we will never leave you hanging if an issue arises. If you need further assistance, simply send us an email and give us a reasonable timeframe to respond. Please check your spam folder, in case our email made it there. We will respond. We want our customers to understand that our products are made on-demand and shipping times should be added on top of the fulfillment time needed to create your order. None of the items on our site, are premade. You choose your item, your desired color and size. It is only then, the item is fully created, then shipped to you. So it's possible that your delivery may take a little longer than you're use to. Please double check your email, address, phone & size before you place your order.   • How do I know what size is best for me?
    Each of the items listed on Threads Shop has a size guide from the manufacturer. So customers can decide which size works best for them. Depending on the manufacturer, you will see on the size guide the words, may vary by up to 2" (inches) different". That is because some use metric sizing. So take that into account, of how fitted or not you'd like your item. We add this to the information of the item, being that you aren't in the store trying it on and seeing in person how the sizes run. With some items you may even see an added note stating things like... "runs true to size" or "order 1 size up". We make these notes based off of customer feedback, in hopes that it may help the next customer. We want you to feel comfortable wearing our item.
  • Why does my shirt / item have a weird smell, like vinegar?
    When unpacking a new shirt or other apparel item, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or see an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual. It's from a fixation applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
  • Is it safe to purchase from Threads Shop?
    Making an online purchase can feel risky. But rest assured, we have taken precautions to protect you. One major industry standard is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a set of requirements aimed at making sure that all companies maintain a secure environment for their customers. PCI DSS applies to all organizations that process credit cards from the major networks - American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, JCB International. Therefore, if you want to accept payments from these networks, your eCommerce platform and hosting must be PCI compliant. Our eCommerce business was built with a secure platform, already set up to meet PCI compliance. Your credit card information is for the sole purpose of your check out and will only be saved for future purpose, IF YOU choose to save it to your PRIVATE account profile, for easy check out for future purchases. Under no circumstance, will we ever sell any of your information to any other company.
